Following the advice given to me, I sent an email to rethelp@adidas.com, asking them for an update on the status of my order.
Hi,
I have made a reservation - the number is AUK03109642.
I have been told by a member of staff at the Oxford Street store that this is still 'waiting for delivery'.
Can you please update me with the status of this order - when can I expect to be able to pick it up?
