12. Following up on Adidas helpdesk

I hadn't received a reply from the Adidas helpdesk, so I sent a follow-up email. Again I asked them for an update on the status of my order.

The lack of communication was starting to make me feel a bit uneasy - I had never had trouble with Adidas before, but this current experience was starting to feel somewhat mismanaged.
