23. Phone call to Adidas online shop
Upon listening to John's voicemail I redialled. I reached a call center, and was greeted by a female. I explained the situation - "I received a voicemail from John, regarding my ongoing complaint with Adidas."
I was transferred to another, very softly spoken female. Again I explained my situation, and asked for John in relation to my Adidas complaint. I was kindly informed "Oh, I think you have the wrong number."
Thanks for the call John, but I'm not planning on running around the houses to find you.
