3. First reservation on its way

I received the standard email confirming that the product that I had reserved was not currrently at the Oxford Street store, and that it would be delivered from the warehouse, expected to arrive within 2-4 business days. Again - so far, so good.

Now here is the important bit : "You will receive an email notification when the goods are ready to pick up."
