38. Offer of compensation from Adidas Customer Care
Shortly after revealing the Sad Aid website to the world I received another email from Lauren Cruse at Adidas Customer Care, with an offer of compensation.

Further to your most recent email, once again we would like to apologise for the experience with your ‘Click & Collect’ order and would like to take this opportunity to resolve this matter for you without taking up much more of your time.
Due to the inconvenience which has clearly been caused, Customer Care would like to send you adidas Gift Cards to the value of £30.00. These cards can be redeemed in any adidas Concept or Outlet Store across the UK, excluding adidas.co.uk
Additionally, the brand would like to offer you a VIP Store Experience at our branch in Oxford Street, London, which incorporates £50.00 to spend in store. We are still willing to discuss your concerns in more depth should you wish to do so, however we at least hope that you find this offer a suitable form of resolution.
