8. Email to Adidas Oxford Street store
I found another method of contact, this time directly with the Oxford Street store. Again, I asked for an update on the status of my order.
Hi,
I made an order on 1/1/2016, number AUK03109642, which is to be picked up at your store. Can you please confirm if this is ready to pick up yet?
I'm aware that the confirmation email said it could take 1-4 working days, but I made a reservation before Christmas (AUK03034276), but did not receive an email saying that it was ready to pick up. The next thing I heard was that I'd left it too late to collect and it had been released for sale again.
Can you please provide an update on the status of my order?
