4. First order cancelled

I received an email confirming that my order had been cancelled, as my reservation expired. This was strike one.

I should have received two emails prior to receiving an email of this nature, along the lines of:

  1. "Joe, your reservation arrived in store and is ready for pickup‏"
  2. "Joe, this is a reminder to pick up your order"

From this point I would have two days left to pick up my order, otherwise it will be cancelled.

Somebody, somewhere, had made a mistake.
