I sent an email back to Lauren Cruse at Adidas Customer Care, asking to be contacted in writing.
Hello Lauren,
Thank you for your email. On two occasions previously I have asked for all communication to be in writing. I'm at work today and am not willing to take time out to discuss this case on the telephone.
Can you please provide me with a response to each of my questions in the form of an email? If I wish to discuss this further, then I will gladly find the time to speak to you by telephone.
This is the third time that I have asked for all contact to be made in writing - I would appreciate it if you could be the first person to actually acknowledge this.
