9. Reply from Adidas Oxford Street store
I received a reply from Rutenis Griska at the Oxford Street store. They confirmed that my first order was cancelled, but without any explanation. They also confirmed that my second order was still to be delivered, and advised me to contact rethelp@adidas.com for further information.
This was enough to reassure me that all was going smoothly - there was no reason to panic yet.

I have checked the system and I see that current statuses are:
AUK03109642 - `waiting for delivery`, which means that your order did not reach our store yet.
And
AUK03034276 – the status is `voided`, the order expired or wasn’t delivered in full.
Please try to contact helpdesk on the address below, they will be able to explain why delivery is delayed.
