21. Following up on Adidas London Newsroom
Six hours had passed since I had heard from Abigail Hallworth at the Adidas London Newsroom.
Eager to hear of some developments, I asked when I could expect an update.

Can I expect an update on the situation today?
Yesterday I was engaging with the @adidasUK twitter account, and the person in charge said they were looking into the issue. They said this yesterday at 13.47. I've not heard from them since. At 16.19 I asked if I could have an update by 17.30. As of 15.40 today I have still not heard a thing via Twitter.
If you could let me know when I can expect an update that would be great.
