Getting social with Adidas
Throughout this process I have tried to communicate with the team at Adidas through many methods. The shop staff were, the majority of the time, impossible to talk to. Email responses have proved very hard to come by.
I've never done it before, but I thought "Why not try and get some results via social media then?" So, behold every tweet, every Instagram post, every direct message, between myself and @adidasUK…

Anybody wanting to do a good deed today - follow me on Twitter and retweet as I fight to get what is mine. On 24th December 2015 I ordered a t-shirt on adidas.com. I've been seriously dicked about by @adidasuk - both online and in their Oxford Street store. As of Thursday 7th January 2016 they have my t-shirt sitting in store, but I cannot pick it up because it "hasn't been processed". Their staff are clueless, and their online customer services team are very shy to respond to my emails. There have been many issues along the way with this very simple order - but for now all you need to know is that they have it but won't let me collect it.
