19. Escalated complaint to the Adidas group

I had received no reply to my email of complaint of 08 January 2016 10:09:39. I took it on myself to follow up on this. Rather than just sending the email to the Adidas helpdesk and Adidas Customer Care again, I also included other people from the Adidas group - including members of the corporate and press departments.

Maybe they would be interested to hear of my plight?
