25. Update to Adidas London Newsroom
I sent an email to Abigail Hallworth at the Adidas London Newsroom, explaining my unsuccessful attempt with the call centre.
I was communicating with representatives of Adidas via Twitter and email, I didn't really want to going through everything on the phone too.
Hi Abi,
I did receive the voicemail, yes.
I called back that number, and asked for John, who left the message. I explained that I was calling in relation to an adidas complaint. The lady who I spoke to said I had the wrong number. I don't know whether John was supposed to leave me a direct number or not?
And yes, I have sent the response as above to the twitter message.
I really don't mean to be difficult, but I would appreciate all communication to be in writing please.
